How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Carriescastle Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How we handled your call or message
  • How we used your personal information
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Carriescastle Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide a matter for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@carriescastle.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what result you want

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection agency, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
